Terms of Service

These terms apply to CBAM-OK, provided by RADOM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Telemannstr. 2, 60323 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Contact: support@cbam-ok.eu. Business customers’ conflicting terms apply only if accepted in writing.

CBAM-OK helps importers structure, review and export CBAM working data. Exports are working packages for the user’s reporting process. The service does not file with the EU CBAM Registry and is not legal, tax or customs advice.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, hold the rights to imported data and verify classifications, emissions values and exports before relying on them.

New accounts receive a 10-day trial for up to 30 accepted imported items. Paid-plan limits count accepted imported items in the applicable billing quarter. Deleting an item does not restore a used trial allowance. Current limits are shown before purchase.

Prices and billing periods shown at checkout apply. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled before renewal. Statutory invoice retention obligations remain unaffected.

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, official rule changes or upstream provider outages may affect availability. Material product changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Users can cancel subscriptions through the billing controls. Account deletion makes the account unavailable immediately; permanent deletion follows the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy, subject to statutory duties or legal holds.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
